Be-Rented is proud of our ‘jargon busting’ leases and information packs. The lease is known as a Private Residential Tenancy or PRT. We aim to make all our rental services as seamless and straightforward as possible. We can move you in within 48 hours on completion of reference checks and receipt of payment. There is no tenancy end date, which means the tenancy is served by either party.
